We have a limited amount of clients at one time, with a service designed to find the right property for each client within their required time frame. Searches involve using our extensive local knowledge and network of contacts. We have access to numerous properties that cannot be found on the open market. Estate agents also give us advanced notice of properties coming to the market. We also know of properties on the open market which we have knowledge of a figure the vendor will accept.
About us and our history
All of our properties are vetted and only those that are suitable are shown to clients, whom we accompany on viewings. We can often save our clients multiples of our fee by having knowledge of a price the vendor is likely to accept. We work with each client as a team to find and buy the right property, and in the process save them time, frustration and money.
